Privacy policy
This policy describes mooncleaning.net as it is built on 29 October 2026. It covers the scripts the pages load, the cookies and localStorage keys they write, how long the data is kept, and how to withdraw a choice. The contact address is [email protected].

Those names are controlled by each partner and can change; the host list above was observed on the local build on 29 October 2026. It is not a promise that every creative uses the same hosts or cookie names. We do not publish guessed ad-cookie names or expiry periods.

Microsoft Clarity and Google may write their own storage under their own domains. This site does not read those stores and does not copy them into its own keys.
Default loading and Reject
If you have no stored choice, this site treats you as granted: Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Adsterra are requested on the first visit, and the banner appears at the same time to tell you and to offer Accept and Reject. The banner is notice and withdrawal, not a gate. Press Reject to store denied for 180 days; the page reloads and the loader skips all three. Press Accept, or leave the banner alone, and they stay on. Reject cannot undo requests already sent and does not delete cookies already written; use browser site-data controls to remove those. A browser that reports Global Privacy Control true is treated as Reject even before you click. Cookie settings in the footer reopens the banner at any time.
Legal basis
- The banner records whether loading is enabled by default or whether you explicitly pressed Accept or Reject. A default granted record has explicit=false; it does not claim that you clicked Accept.
- Legitimate interests for security, bot protection, fraud prevention and basic service operation, including the Cloudflare challenge on bicea.org ad requests.
- Contract or steps before a contract when you email us about the site, and legal obligation for any record we must keep.
- We do not sell personal information, do not build an account, and do not ask for special-category data.
Retention
- Consent record: 180 days from the last choice, then the banner asks again.
- Floating-bar close record: 30 days, then the Social Bar can return.
- Google Analytics 4: the Admin API for this property returned eventDataRetention=TWO_MONTHS and userDataRetention=FOURTEEN_MONTHS on 29 October 2026, with resetUserDataOnNewActivity=true. This is a single-vendor configuration read, not an independently observed deletion test. See Google retention documentation for scope and reset behavior.
- Microsoft Clarity: its current documentation states 30 days for playback, and 9 months for click/heatmap data and labeled or favorited sessions. This is a single-vendor documented schedule, checked 29 October 2026.
- Adsterra: delivery logs and partner identifiers follow vendor policies. We have not verified a placement-specific retention period and do not estimate one.
- Email you send us: Cloudflare Email Routing sends it to our mail-hub Worker mailbox and a mailbox mirror; those services process the sender, recipient, subject, body and attachments so we can receive and answer correspondence. We keep it only as long as needed to respond and meet record obligations.
Your choices and opt-outs
- Reject in the banner, or Cookie settings in the footer, stops GA4, Clarity and Adsterra on this site for 180 days.
- Hide ad bar stops only the floating Social Bar for 30 days; the Native Banner and analytics continue.
- Google personalized ads: Google ads settings.
- Industry opt-outs: YourAdChoices, NAI, and EDAA.
- Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft privacy: Microsoft privacy statement.
- Browser controls: delete or block cookies and site data for mooncleaning.net, bicea.org and the ad domains. Global Privacy Control is honored as a denial.
- You can ask for access to, or deletion of, correspondence you sent us by emailing the contact address.

Which third parties does this site load?
Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Adsterra load by default on the first visit. YouTube loads only when you press Watch on a video. The configured ad formats are a Native Banner and a Social Bar; their delivery partners can make additional requests.
What is stored in my browser?
Our localStorage keys are mc.consent.v1 (180 days) and mc.adsterra.floating.closed (30 days). GA4 and Clarity may set first-party cookies. Adsterra scripts may also set first-party placement cookies, as well as identifiers on bicea.org and partner domains. Reject stops new tag requests; it does not erase existing cookies.
How do I change my choice?
Use Cookie settings in the footer. Reject stores denied for 180 days and reloads; GA4, Clarity and Adsterra are then skipped. Hide ad bar remembers only the floating Social Bar for 30 days. You can also clear site data for mooncleaning.net in the browser.
Are the ads personalized?
Adsterra may use cookies and device data to select and measure ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through the links under Your choices and opt-outs. This site does not sell personal information.
